The need for equipment mobility, TSSA requirements, space restrictions, etc. are all reasons to consider custom equipment packages.

• Engineering – Full design-build service for industrial, recreational, and process cooling, requirements, including TSSA registration. Our engineering team will work with owners to develop full drawing packages including 3D Modeling using the latest in drawing software solutions.

• Natural Refrigerants – Ammonia & CO2; these refrigerants continue represent the long- term solution to the industry. These refrigerants are proven choices, have no GWP or Ozone impact, and are future-proof. As technology continues to advance, the first-time cost of Ammonia and CO2 continue to represent the best life cycle value of any refrigerant options.

• Sustainability – Environmental and Energy Management (Energy and Sustainability Services). Technological advancements in the industrial refrigeration field allow for numerous opportunities to assist with sustainability initiatives. • Industrial Electrical Services – SCS offers full in-house electrical installations (including ESA permits) to support our design / build projects. Additionally, our electricians can provide retrofit and modifications to existing refrigeration installations requiring updating.

• Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) – Focusing on industrial process heating, cooling and ventilation needs.

• Industrial Heat Pumps – Offer excellent performance for heating various processes that would otherwise have to be heated by other means. Industrial Heat Pumps represent excellent COPs and contribute to end user carbon reductions and sustainability goals.
